Beulah Auble Breyley

Beulah Auble Breyley, 100, of Lodi, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Elmcroft of Medina. She was born November 13, 1913 in Strongsville, to Walter and Jennie (Rooy) Bradley.

She graduated from Berea High School in 1931, and later moved to Chatham when she married Linton C. Auble. He preceded her in death on November 24, 1950. She was remarried on September 15, 1962 to Carleton Breyley, he also preceded her in death on May 2, 1989.

Beulah was a member of the Chatham Community Church, Spencer Pythian Sisters Lodge, and life member of the Chatham Garden Club. She was very active in her church and community.

She was a homemaker and was a former employee of the Ohio Nut and Bolt in Berea, prior to her first marriage. Later she was employed as an insurance agent for Hayden Coe Insurance Agency in Chatham, until her retirement. Beulah had resided in Lodi a number of years before moving to Elmcroft.

She is survived by daughters, Janice Harmon of Chippewa Lake, Nancy Zuelzke of Fostoria; son, Ronald Auble of Medina; daughter-in-law, Laura Auble of Lodi; six grandchildren, Michael (Susan) Harmon, Teri (Kevin) Malcolm, Cindy (David) Benham, Karen (Jerry) Killilea, Eric (Sue) Zuelzke, and Guy (Chasity) Zuelzke; granddaughter-in-law, Kristin Harmon; 12 great-grandchildren; step children, Jeannine (Ken) Grieve of Spencer, Carl Breyley of Spencer, Sandra (Robert) Mantz of Virginia; nine step grandchildren, Denise Breyley, Mark (Sherry) Breyley, Debra Breyley, Diana (Shawn) McCourt, Gary (Tammy) Grieve, Glenda Burgett, Tom (Wendy) Grieve, Carla Massie and Brad (Sharon) Massie.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her son, Linton Auble; sisters, Gladys Carter, Bee Bradley, and Lucille Phillips; brother, Leland Bradley; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Breyley; son-in-laws, Charles Zuelzke and Al Harmon; grandson, Kevin Harmon; and step grandson, Gregory Breyley.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 1 P.M. at the Chatham Community Church, 6423 Avon Lake Rd., Chatham. Pastor Patty Silva will officiate. Burial will follow at Chatham Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the Service (from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.), at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Chatham Community Church.
