County court log for Jan. 17

The following people appeared in Medina County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, according to county Prosecutor Dean Holman:

• David Bednarski, 24, Erhart Road, Medina, sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of trafficking in marijuana, a third-degree felony. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• James Kilmire, 38, Akron, sentenced to eight months in prison on four counts of breaking and entering, fourth-degree felonies. The sentence will be served consecutively to an eight-year, six-month prison sentence from Summit County.

• Gene Chicoine, 24, West Prospect Street, Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony, and one count of illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 17.

• Amanda Conley, 31, Bank Street, Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of aggravated trafficking in drug, third-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for March 18.

• Matthew Cover, 30, River Street, Lodi, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 19.

• Amanda Dorsey, 21, Fairhaven Drive, Northfield, pleaded not guilty to two counts of trafficking in heroin, fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for March 18.

• Jason Faulkner, 42, Heather Lane, Middleburg Heights, pleaded not guilty to two counts of tampering with evidence, third-degree felonies, and two counts of complicity to commit trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance, fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for March 17.

• Chad Hosey, 38, Anglers Lane, LaGrange, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 19.

• Aaron Sanders-Hansen, 25, Mills Street, Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony, and one count of illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 17.

• Bonnie Vichosky, 49, Guilford Road, Seville, pleaded not guilty to one count of theft of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 18.
