County court log for Feb. 5

The following people appeared in Medina County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, according to county Prosecutor Dean Holman:

• Mikyah Taylor, 26, Clifford Avenue, Akron, sentenced to two years of community control sanctions on one count of trafficking in heroin within the vicinity of a juvenile or school, a third-degree felony; one count of trafficking in cocaine within the vicinity of a juvenile or school, a third-degree felony; and one count of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• Anthony Abner, 47, East Bergey Street, Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 2.

• Keegan Byrnes, 26, Lee Lore Drive, Chippewa Lake, pleaded not guilty to one count of burglary, a second-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 31.

• Christian Collins, 33, West 18th Place, Cleveland, pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 2.

• John Haberny, 34, Birch Hill Drive, Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 31.

• David Hall, 38, Cleveland, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 1.

• Ashley Harries, 27, Basswood Road, Brunswick, pleaded not guilty to one count of deception to obtain dangerous drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for April 1.

• Joshua Jones, 25, Douglas Avenue, Mansfield, pleaded not guilty to one count of burglary, a second-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 31.

• Heather Satterfield, 19, Seville Road, Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to two counts of complicity to commit receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for April 2.

• James Tanner, 19, Brookwood Drive, Wadsworth, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is scheduled for March 20.

• Somsamai Yaskowiak, 33, Springbrook Drive, Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, one a third-degree felony and one a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 31.
