She enjoyed bowling, golf, fishing and gambling. She was a member of the Brunswick VFW 9520 Auxiliary Unit for 40 years. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, socializing, and listening to old country, old rock-n-roll and sea cruise music.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many and loved spending time with her family.
Karen will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Charles Jr.; children, Michele (Rob) and Michael; grandchildren, Lindsey Krajzel, Justin Plues and Patrick Buddner; great-grandchild, Aiden; and siblings, David, Kenneth and Donald.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may join the family for visitation Wednesday, February 19, 2014, from 4 until 8 P.M., at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick. A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 20, 2014, at 10:30 A.M., at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at a later date.
