Almost 140 take plunge into Chippewa Lake, raise $13,000 for charity

Kyle Tarr and Judy Peterka, of Strongsville, were undoubtedly the best-dressed participants in Saturday’s fourth annual Polar Bear Run, Walk and Jump.
