KADe is survived by his parents, Craig and Shelley Chopak; his beloved dog, Murdock; great grandmothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him always.
KADe was always finding ways to make you laugh, whether it was joke or a prank or his own unique mixture of both. He found pleasure in simple things; classic rock music, riding his bike, Frisbee, footbag, flea markets, antiquing, tie dye, and duct tape among many others. He always fully indulged himself in anything that interested him, not stopping until he mastered the subject. He was avid collector of many things, his Coca-Cola collection (397 items at last count) was his pride and joy.
A celebration of KADe’s life will be held Monday, March 17, 2014 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court Street, Medina from 5 to 8 P.M., wear your tie dye or Grateful Dead shirt in his honor.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Medina County Coalition for Suicide Prevention c/o Alternative Paths, 246 Northland Dr, Suite 200A, Medina, OH.
KADe will always be with us through laughter…
