James R. “Bob” Jackson, 76, of Seville, formerly of Rittman, died Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital. He was born January 25, 1938 in Genoa, West Virginia, to Arlie and Annetta Jackson and has lived in the Rittman/Seville area most of his life.
Bob graduated from Wayne High School in Wayne, West Virginia and married Patricia Duskey on July 31, 1965, she survives. He was employed by the Packaging Corporation of America for 40 years until retiring in 1997. He enjoyed spending time with his family and farming.
Surviving in addition to his wife is his son, Brett Jackson of Seville; daughter, Jennifer Stewart of Seville; grandchildren, Brooke and Logan Stewart of Seville; brothers, Ed (Kaye) Jackson of Rittman and Gary (Glenna) Jackson of Genoa, West Virginia; and sister, Sue Thompson of Genoa, West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three sisters.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
