PHOTOS: St. Ambrose Summer Festival attracts community

The St. Ambrose Summer Festival kicked off Thursday and included rides, games, musical entertainment, a beer garden and raffles. The festival was well-attended by the community, said the Rev. Bob Stec, pastor of St. Ambrose parish. “It’s great to see all the people coming out to celebrate the start of summer together,” Stec said. “We’re a large parish, but this is something that gets all 1,000 of us working together and that’s what’s really important.”
