MEDINA — Witness testimony in the trial of a 27-year-old Brunswick man accused of downloading and sharing child pornography from his laptop ended Tuesday.

Brandon Price, who shared his George Drive home with his mother, who ran a day care out of the house, is charged with five counts of pandering sexually oriented materials involving minors,

Medina County Common Pleas Judge James L. Kimbler will decide the case because Price declined a jury trial.

Price was arrested Sept. 4 after agents with the Ohio Crimes Against Children Task Force reported they tracked several photos and videos of child pornography to his computer.

If convicted, Price could face eight or more yours in prison.
