PHOTOS: Summer education program uses baking recipes to teach math

A summer education baking class, which uses recipes to teach math, is part of the Summer Reinforcement Program at Medina’s Northrop Elementary School. The program, funded primarily by the United Way of Medina County and established in 1974, is open to all children in the county.
