MEDINA — A grand jury has indicted two Cleveland men police say assaulted and robbed someone at Union Square apartments last month.
Antwon Gideon, 33, and Randy Tuttle, 31, are charged with aggravated robbery, felonious assault and disrupting public services. The charges are first-, second- and fourth-degree felonies.
If convicted, they could face up to 11 or more years in prison.
According to Medina police, the men took a cellphone from the victim, who sustained injuries requiring surgery and was transported to Medina Hospital.
Gideon is scheduled for an Aug. 25 arraignment before Medina County Common Pleas Judge Christopher J. Collier.
Tuttle will enter a plea Aug. 28 before Judge James L. Kimbler.
